A. Yes, I do love sports and I find the recruiting process extremely interesting and exciting. Unfortunately, what I hear most about the process these days is that the process is far too time consuming and complicated. The market lacks a much needed service for top athletes to effectively market their achievements, connect with recruiters and coaches, and improve their performance through a personal network of advisors and experts. My goal was to leverage technology in order to connect athletes and their parents with recruiters and coaches, and to save recruiters and coaches time and money by having dynamic athletic and academic information at their fingertips.
